→ Our general terms and conditions of sales are thoseof the Textile Federation. An order Will deem the present terms and conditions accepted by the buyer Therefore no contrary clause may be opposed without our formal acceptation Sales negotiated by our representatives will become binding only after acceptation and confirmation by us

Price

→ Our prices are etablished with our best ters excluding taxes and according to the price proposal, without packaging or lost packaging as surcharge. They may be amended without advance notice, depending on new economic conditions. The price invoiced are those in effect the day they are made available.

Transit period

→ Transit periods are given only as an indication and only take affect uppon dispatch of the acknowledgment of receipt of order, signed by yourself.
No compensation shall be owing in case of delay. Wars strikes, epidemics, fire, floods, transport stoppages, accidents tio tool or any other cause leading to partial or complete stoppage of our factories shall be considered as a case of force majeure bringing about the suspension of deliveries and prolonging by the same length of time the agrees delivery imes.

Transport

→ transport is established according to the incoterm agreed on in the price proposal between the buyer and the seller. in the case of loss or damage, the former shall express any reservations upon receipt and have recourse to the carrier.

Recourse

→ No declaration shall be accepted over eight days after receipt of the merchandise. We reserve the right to establish or to have established forthwith the causes and the nature of the declared defects or damage. Recourse shall no be accepted without prior agreement. Merchandise must be returned within eight days following our agreement. It shouls not have been used and must reach us in good condition, carriage free. It is never reimbursed but standard items may be exchanged for items of a same value.

Warranty

→ Technical information is only given as an indication. our articles are guaranteed to be made of premium quality materials. the warranty period covering all manufacturing or material defects is six months dating from the day they are made available, for a normal usage with regular maintenance. Should a material or manufacturing defect appear during this period. The faulty part shall be replaced free of charge. Any other garantee either implicit is categorically excluded. Our warranty does not cover models, which have undergone modifications.

Payment

→ Our invoices are to be paid at sight without any discount, and/or according to the terms set out in the price offer. in case of of dispute, the litigation will be sumitted exclusivety to the competent French juridiction, the commercial Court – Tribunal de Commerce de Guingamp ( France) regardless of ant contradictory clause emanating from the buyer, even in the case of introduction of third parties or multiplicity of co defenders.
We reserve the right to modify our models without advance notice, depending on rationalisation or technical progress.
No amicable dispensation concerning the present terms and conditions shall be evoked as a precedent.

Reserved right of ownership

→ This merchandise remains the property of the seller until full payment has been made (law n° 80 – 335).
