The new design enables the damaged Seat Track to be replaced by removing just 3 rivets, keeping the existing base extrusion in place. With this streamlined process, operators can make repairs in just 5 minutes—compared to 45 minutes for a complete base extrusion replacement. This means faster turnaround times (TAT), less disruption to your operations, and higher productivity.
Simplicity in Corner Part Replacement
Remove 1 screw to replace the corner part, instead of removing many rivets from the base sheet / base extrusion profile.
Reduction in Shipment, Storage & Labour Cost
Shipping costs are significantly lower because our seat track’s standard length is only 13” / 330 mm. It reduces storage costs by occupying less space than the complete base extrusion. Labor costs are also reduced since repair time is significantly minimized.
